Why cultivate a daily spiritual practice?






Benefits of a daily spiritual practice:
It helps you to

- stay grounded
- stay in peace
- become more mindful
- be aware of ourselves
- stay healthy
- stay connected to our divine source and the truth of our experiences.
- clear and heal ourselves
- quiet the mind
- stay present
- hold more light
- become more of our authentic self





Benefits of a micropractice:
- helps create small spaces throughout your day to go within
- create greater self-focus
- can be done hourly
- it can last a minute or 5 minutes (or take more time)
- helps you to check-in with yourself throughout the day and receive any inner guidance or messages
- allows you to re-center yourself
- this can be a beginning step for those who aren't ready to be start a full-on daily spiritual practice




Steps you can take to create a micropractice:
1. you can close your eyes and ask yourself questions to clear away resistance
2. you can focus on your breathing
3. you can chant or think/speak positive affirmations
